Cong Zongjie And Chen Qiufei, Recommended By China Textile Industry Federation, Were Shortlisted For The 5Th Outstanding Engineer Youth Award
On November 4, the office of outstanding engineer award of China International Science Exchange Foundation released the list of candidates for the 5th "outstanding engineer Award". In the fifth "outstanding engineer Award", 40 candidates for outstanding engineer award and 30 candidates for outstanding engineer Youth Award were selected.
Cong Zongjie (Weihai development Fiber Co., Ltd.) and Chen qiufei (Zhongfu Shenying Carbon Fiber Co., Ltd.) recommended by China Textile Industry Federation were shortlisted for the 5th "outstanding engineer Youth Award" after form review, expert review of professional field group and expert review of evaluation committee.
The "outstanding engineer Award" was initiated by China International Science Exchange Foundation in 2011 and approved by the Ministry of science and technology and the national science and Technology Award Office. It is the first major award named after "engineer" in China's history. It aims to reward and commend engineering and technical personnel who have made outstanding contributions to the national production and construction line. The award has wide influence, wide coverage and high authority, and has become the leading comprehensive award in the domestic engineering industry. In the first four sessions, 315 engineers won awards. Among the "outstanding engineers" selected by the Chinese Academy of Sciences, there are 24 outstanding academicians selected by the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
