Speaking of the innovation points of these two products, Jiang Yan, Chairman of Changzhou Henglibao Nano New Material Technology Co., Ltd., introduced that graphene modified nylon fiber/fabric has achieved good dispersion of graphene oxide in the water-based system through the company's self-developed dispersion equipment, and graphene oxide is modified into amino graphene in the water-based system to achieve carbon The ratio of nitrogen atoms is controllable, and the type and number of functional groups are controllable. Graphene is grafted into the polymer system through functional groups to achieve the intrinsic functionality of materials, which is not easy to lose in use. Moreover, the company has independently researched and developed PA6 continuous polymerization industrial device, which has realized the industrial large-scale production of in-situ polymerization of graphene modified PA6 and the continuous spinning of graphene modified PA6. While improving the fiber strength, the fiber and fabric also have many functions such as antibacterial, far infrared, contact cooling, anti mite, wear resistance, etc.

Graphene modified polyester fiber/fabric, on the basis of studying the modification of graphene, independently studied the modification of graphene oxide to carboxyl cornerstone graphene, which was dispersed in the polymerization monomer in advance, and successfully prepared the high temperature resistant carboxyl cornerstone graphene. The carboxyl cornerstone graphene was copolymerized with PET raw materials, and graphene was grafted into the molecular chain segment of PET through in-situ polymerization, Realize the intrinsic functionality of materials. The original PET production process has been improved to achieve continuous mass production, giving polyester fiber antistatic, antibacterial, acarid resistant, phenol yellowing resistant, far infrared and other functions.

Jiang Yan introduced that at present, the industrial continuous polymerization process of graphene terpolymer modified polyester chips has become increasingly perfect, which can achieve a chip output of 50 tons per day. Graphene terpolymer modified polyester chip can be directly used for spinning polyester fiber, and can also be blended with cotton, wool, modal, Tencel and other fibers. Its fiber has high strength and low elongation, anti-static, antibacterial, anti mite, phenol yellowing resistance, far infrared and other functions, and can be widely used in the production of underwear, socks, clothing and other civilian fields. At present, the market recognition is high, and many spinning enterprises have used graphene terpolymer modified polyester chips for spinning, and widely carried out downstream promotion. At the same time, a number of downstream enterprises also discussed cooperation with Henglibao on graphene terpolymer modified polyester staple fiber and other products.

As for the direction of the next step, Jiang Yan said that he would further mainly research and develop graphene, graphene smart fiber and graphene smart wearable products. Graphene has been widely used in automobiles, machinery, electronic appliances, daily products and chemical building materials. Civil products include weaving clothing and decorative fabrics, which can be used to weave socks, underwear, sportswear, carpets, etc. In light industry, it is used as cord, conveyor belt, fishing net, sewing thread, nonwoven fabric, etc., and graphene smart fiber plays an important role in the application of graphene smart wear. Wearable devices will renovate consumer technology products at the fastest speed, and the market now generally expects that wearable devices will grow faster than mobile phones and tablets.
