Guangdong Jiateng Robot Automation Co., Ltd., the manufacturer of this AGV (Automatic Guided Vehicle), is participating in the Canton Fair for the first time. This year, the Canton Fair added new exhibition topics such as industrial automation and intelligent manufacturing, new energy and intelligent connected vehicles, making the number of new "sellers" reach more than 9000, many of which are single champions in manufacturing industry, and new "little giants" specializing in specialty.
"Less than two days after the launch, more than 60 purchasers exchanged contact information with us, most of them foreign businessmen," said You Jianwen, director of marketing of Jiateng Robot.
It is hard to imagine that 20 years ago, this company was just a supplier of polymer composite materials. Its products were used as raw materials for production and supplied to domestic computer, mobile phone and other electronic equipment manufacturers.
"As of the beginning of April, the export order size of our two star products this year has increased by 15% year on year." You Jianwen said that he hoped to further improve the popularity of our products overseas and expand exports through the Canton Fair.
The story of Jiateng Robot is a microcosm of the transformation and upgrading from a raw material supplier to an intelligent manufacturing enterprise and the emergence of export business. Electric manned vehicles, lithium batteries and solar cells are called the "new three types" of China's exports. Lv Daliang, Director of the Department of Statistics and Analysis of the General Administration of Customs, said that in the first quarter, the total export of the "new three kinds" products increased by 66.9%, driving up the overall export growth by 2 percentage points, which was further stronger than last year's driving force.

The latest statistics show that in the first quarter, China's total imports and exports of goods increased by 4.8% year on year, of which exports grew by 8.4%, maintaining a rapid growth. Over the same period, imports and exports to countries along the "Belt and Road" increased by 16.8%.
