Li Gang, president of Henan Garment Industry Association, said in his speech that from the reality of the development of the textile outdoor industry in the developed coastal areas, the home of the industry is in the county, and the main force of production capacity is in the villages and towns. Henan textile outdoor enterprises should emancipate their minds, vigorously promote outdoor culture, expand outdoor industry, undertake the transfer of coastal outdoor sports equipment industry, create new economic growth points, help rural revitalization, and promote common prosperity.

Ma Ying, secretary-general of the Clothing Branch of the China Textile Import and Export Chamber of Commerce, said that China's outdoor products market has become one of the major markets in the world. In 2021, China's outdoor products revenue will reach 183.12 billion yuan, and it is expected that in 2025, China's outdoor products revenue will reach 240.96 billion yuan. The holding of the China Textile Outdoor Industry Development Conference is of far-reaching significance, and I wish Xinyang to take the lead in the central region in the industrial transfer strategy.

Wang Jiangbo, secretary-general of China Textile Commerce Association and chairman of the outdoor branch, believes that Henan's outdoor industry will have great prospects. Guan Baochen said in an interview that since 2021, the Xixian County Party Committee and the county government have vigorously promoted the development of outdoor industry and made every effort to build a textile outdoor industrial cluster. Up to now, there are 12 fashionable outdoor textile enterprises in Xixian County. In 2022, a batch of outdoor enterprises, such as the domestic leading outdoor industry enterprise Tapson Group, well-known outdoor industry enterprises Jiangsu Akum Company and Zhejiang Linhai Shanglai Company, will be successively recruited and introduced, with a global market share of 70%. The annual shipment of nearly 3000 containers will be realized, the total output value will be 1.299 billion yuan, and the main business income will be 1.159 billion yuan, 5582 employees.

In recent years, Xixian County has insisted on optimizing the business environment as the "number one project".
