　　 On May 30, the General Administration of Market Supervision released the national supervision and random inspection of product quality in 2022. Throughout the year, 118 kinds of products were subject to national supervision and spot checks on product quality. We organized a random inspection of 19440 batches of products produced and operated by 18397 enterprises, and found 1827 batches of products from 1786 enterprises were unqualified. The unqualified rate was 9.4%, 2.8 percentage points lower than that of the previous year. Among them, the unqualified rate of children's and infants' clothing spot check is high, 20.7%.

　　 According to the analysis, 30 batches of children's and infants' clothing products are unqualified due to fiber content, accounting for 44.1% of the total unqualified batches of the product; There are 29 batches of unqualified products due to rope requirements, accounting for 42.6% of the total batches of unqualified products.

　　 The main reason for the disqualification of the fiber content item is that the manufacturer did not correctly mark the fiber content information according to the standard requirements or did not strictly verify the accuracy of the fiber content marking. The main reason for the unqualified rope belt requirements is the unreasonable design of the rope belt style of the enterprise products, such as the excessively long rope belt and the rope belt designed for important parts such as the head and neck. The main reason why the limited quantity item of phthalate plasticizer in accessible plastic parts is unqualified is that the enterprise has insufficient understanding of the newly implemented safety standards for student supplies, ignores the quality control of raw and auxiliary materials and harmful substances in finished products, and uses plastic parts that do not meet the standard requirements.

　　 The State Administration of Market Supervision said that for the spot check of unqualified products and their producers and operators, first, the producers and operators of unqualified products are required to immediately stop producing and selling the same product, and strictly prevent unqualified products from entering the market; Second, order the producers and operators of unqualified products to complete the rectification within a time limit, and review them in a timely manner; Third, seriously investigate and deal with quality violations found in random inspection according to law, and transfer those suspected of constituting crimes to judicial organs.
