As early as the end of 2013, Wuxi Yimian used green energy for photovoltaic power generation, which alleviated the problem of power consumption. The energy consumption cost of textile enterprises is high, and the electricity cost accounts for 1/3 of the total cost. Under this background, we will vigorously build Wuxi Yimian 3.245MW distributed grid connected photovoltaic power station demonstration project. The roof area of 8 buildings in the project is about 40740 square meters. The construction of the project can reduce the emission of greenhouse gas carbon dioxide by about 2634T every year. At the same time, the enterprise has completed the transformation of 2600 T8 fluorescent lamps, and the transformation of 327600 kwh Y-type motors has saved 844KW in total. The use of high-efficiency energy-saving motors has saved 142129kwh of electricity annually; 853 sets of negative pressure fan blades for compact spinning were reconstructed, saving 2972534kwh of electricity annually; Air conditioning dedusting reduces system resistance, meets the requirements of process air pressure and temperature and humidity environment, and can reasonably adjust the fan frequency conversion for energy saving; The inner cavity of the large pump housing of the refrigeration system is coated with macromolecule to reduce the resistance of the fluid channel and save energy consumption.
