2023 Ming Dynasty Fashion Aesthetics Forum Held In Beijing

The reporter learned from the Beijing Institute of Fashion Technology that the 2023 Ming Dynasty Costume Aesthetics Forum was held in Beijing on the 8th. With the theme of "Ming Dynasty Costume Aesthetics and Contemporary Value", the forum will focus on the Ming Dynasty clothing regulations, textile clothing objects, aesthetic fashion of the times and other topics, deeply explore the historical and cultural connotation of the Ming Dynasty clothing, and explain the Chinese traditional clothing aesthetics.

At the forum on the same day, Bai Lin, deputy head of Changping District, introduced that Beijing has rich historical and cultural heritage, which is a great witness of the long history of Chinese civilization. It is the capital's responsibility to inherit and protect this valuable historical and cultural heritage. The Fashion Aesthetics Forum of the Ming Dynasty is one of the theme forums of the 2023 Ming Culture Forum. It hopes to attract more cultural and tourism elements through a series of activities, enhance the influence of Changping Ming culture, and strive to build Changping into a research, exchange and experience center of global Ming culture.
