It is reported that this smart warehouse was built with the help of the special loan from the local government for technological transformation. It can operate 24 hours a day with the help of the "5G+AI" technology and the intelligent transportation and scheduling system.

"The enterprise produces 50000 tons of fabric annually. In the past, the fabric was selected by workers and transported by forklifts, so the workload was heavy and it was easy to make mistakes. Now, no one enters the warehouse, no one leaves the warehouse, and it is fully automated, which saves human and material resources and improves work efficiency." After entering the vortex spinning workshop of Jiangxi Dexin Textile Company, hundreds of spinning equipment operated automatically. Under the guidance of the policy, the enterprise accelerated the process of digitalization. By introducing advanced vortex spinning equipment and technology, the three processes of roving, spinning and winding were combined into one process. From feeding to packaging of finished products, the process was shortened by two-thirds, the employment was reduced by 80%, the product quality was more stable, and the capacity was further improved.
