Recently, when we walked into the Guigang Dexi Textile Factory located in the Guangdong Guangxi Industrial Park, we saw rows of automatic sewing machines running fast in the production workshop, and pieces of clothes were being rapidly shaped by the skillful hands of the sewing workers. The scene was very busy.

"Our factory was officially put into production in July. We provide one-stop services from yarn, printing, embroidery to weaving. At present, we have four production lines, the main products are POLO shirts and T-shirts, which are mainly sold abroad." said Liu, manager of the production department of Guigang Dexi Textile Factory.

It is understood that at the beginning of 2022, Dexi Textile Factory will move its headquarters from Guangdong Province to the Guangdong Guangxi Industrial Park in Guigang City to build a high-quality knitted fabric and clothing project with an annual output value of 280 million yuan. With a total land area of more than 20000 square meters and a total investment of more than 80 million yuan, it is a comprehensive enterprise integrating research and development, weaving, printing and dyeing, clothing and sales, focusing on the production of knitted and woven clothing. At present, the warehouse project and workshop project have been completed and will be officially put into production in July this year.

Manager Liu of the Production Department told the reporter that the reason why they moved Dexi Textile Factory, which had grown from Guangdong, to Guigang City to invest and build a factory is that the good business environment and sufficient labor force here attracted them.

"The factory has been built at home. I can find a job at home. I earn more than 3000 a month. Working here can take care of my family and have a stable income." Zhou Jingfen, HR assistant of Guigang Dexi Textile Factory, said. Zhou Jingfen, who lives in Wanghua Village, is one of the first workers of Guigang Dexi Textile Factory. He used to be engaged in the service industry. After seeing the recruitment information of Guigang Dexi Textile Factory in June this year, he passed the interview and became a personnel assistant of the factory.

More than 200 people, like Zhou Jingfen, became the first batch of workers of Guigang Dexi Textile Factory. The garment factory is a labor-intensive industry with zero pollution of the ecological environment. It needs a large number of workers every day. The factory gives priority to the surrounding Wule, Wanghua, Wangling and the surrounding people. Through training, it turns the people into skilled industrial workers, and drives the people to achieve employment and income increase at home.

It is reported that since July, the four production lines of the factory have produced 250000 pieces of clothing with an output value of more than 10 million yuan, which are mainly sold to Southeast Asia, Africa, Russia and other places.
