Fujian Printing And Dyeing Industry Carries Out Skills Competition

From the 12th to the 13th, the 2023 Fujian textile industry printing, dyeing and chemical material compounding workers' vocational skills competition (final) was held in Jinjiang, Quanzhou.

It is reported that this competition is jointly sponsored by the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, and the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions. Since its launch in September, the competition has attracted nearly 200 people from relevant colleges and enterprises across the province to register for the competition. After preliminary selection, a total of 49 contestants from 25 enterprises and 1 university were shortlisted for the final. According to the characteristics of the printing and dyeing industry, the final set up two parts, namely, theoretical test and skill operation, and decided to award one gold prize, one silver prize and one bronze prize, and seven winners.

Dyeing and finishing is a key intermediate link with high technical content and great difficulty in the textile and clothing industry, which has a direct impact on the quality and function of downstream products. This professional skills competition for printing, dyeing and chemical materials compounding workers is the first provincial skill contest in the printing and dyeing industry in our province.
