Fuyang Added A Provincial Manufacturing Innovation Center

Recently, Anhui Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology announced the list of provincial manufacturing innovation centers in 2023, among which is the innovation center for recycling of waste textiles led by Anhui Tianzhu Textile Technology Group Co., Ltd. So far, the city has 6 provincial manufacturing innovation centers.

In 2016, the Interim Measures for the Implementation of the Construction of Anhui Manufacturing Innovation Center was issued, which launched the construction of the provincial manufacturing innovation center in Anhui province. The establishment of the provincial manufacturing innovation center must meet the basic conditions of having more than 50 full-time R&D personnel, more than 50% of the instruments and equipment with advanced level in the same industry purchased in the past 10 years, and at least 10 related scientific and technological achievements have been successfully transformed and diffused to the society in the past three years. The main task is to overcome the common key technical bottlenecks that restrict the development of the industry, and transform and promote advanced technologies and standards.

The waste textile recycling innovation center is a platform led by Tianzhu Textile Technology Group and guided by the innovation of the waste textile recycling industry chain, which focuses on the research of waste textile recycling technology and industrial common technology, and focuses on solving the "choke" technology problems in the industry chain. Tianzhu Textile Group now has 60 authorized patents, and has formulated and implemented 2 national standards and 2 industrial standards. Among them, the full component recovery and high-value utilization technology of waste polyester cotton blended fabric has reached the international advanced level, filling the domestic gap.

At present, the city has built 1 national technological innovation demonstration enterprise, 28 provincial technological innovation demonstration enterprises, 17 provincial standardization demonstration enterprises, 6 provincial manufacturing innovation centers, 133 provincial enterprise technology centers, and 308 municipal enterprise technology centers.
