Jiaxing Silk (002404) announced in the evening of February 7 that the company planned to use its own funds to buy back some of its shares through centralized bidding transactions, which would be sold in accordance with relevant regulations. The total amount of repurchase funds shall not be less than 50 million yuan and not more than 100 million yuan, and the repurchase price shall not exceed 7 yuan/share. It is estimated that the number of repurchased shares will be 7142900 - 14285700 shares, accounting for 1.24% - 2.47% of the total issued share capital of the company.
