National Bureau Of Statistics: The Factory Price Of Industrial Producers Will Fall By 3.0% In 2023
On February 29, the National Bureau of Statistics released a statistical bulletin on national economic and social development in 2023, which shows that the consumer price of residents in 2023 will rise by 0.2% over the previous year. The ex factory price of industrial producers dropped by 3.0%. The purchase price of industrial producers fell by 3.6%. Producer prices of agricultural products [9] fell by 2.3%.
In December, among 70 large and medium-sized cities, the number of cities where the sales price of newly built commercial residential buildings rose year-on-year was 20, the number was flat for 2, and the number decreased for 48; The number of cities in which the sales price of second-hand residential buildings increased year on year was 1, while the number of cities in which the sales price of second-hand residential buildings decreased was 69.
