China Badminton Association: It Is Proposed To Establish A Quality Alliance For China'S Down Industry

Reporters recently learned from the China Down Industry Association (hereinafter referred to as the "China Down Association") that the China Down Association plans to carry out a joint action to support the good and limit the bad in the whole industry. At the same time, as one of the key tasks of the action, the Association plans to organize down and product manufacturers, brand manufacturers, local associations and testing institutions in stages and batches, Establish China Down Industry Quality Alliance (hereinafter referred to as "Quality Alliance").

It is reported that the joint action of supporting the good and limiting the bad, together with the governments of the main producing areas, public security and market supervision departments, authoritative testing institutions, professional markets/parks, the vast number of down enterprises and relevant sales platforms, has continued to carry out the work of supporting the good and limiting the bad, in order to maintain market order, promote the sale of authentic products, combat counterfeits and improve the overall quality of down and products. At the same time, based on the established quality alliance, we should clear up the market chaos, support the development of high-quality enterprises and brands, and jointly crack down on the production and sale of counterfeit goods, trademark infringement and other acts detrimental to the development of the industry.

The China Down Industry Quality Alliance will regularly carry out market quality research, quality comparison test and other activities related to supporting the superior and limiting the inferior, maintaining market order, accept the guidance and supervision of the State Administration of Market Supervision and Administration and other relevant departments, and provide necessary support for the association's work of combating counterfeits, protecting the rights of signs, and promoting the superior in the industry.

The first round of member solicitation of the Quality Alliance is mainly aimed at down raw material manufacturers and down home textile brands. All honest, trustworthy and high-quality member enterprises can apply for participation. The members of the Alliance have the obligation to resist the illegal acts that are detrimental to the interests of the industry and disrupt the market order, including but not limited to providing effective clues, raising funds for work, and undertaking sample purchase, testing and other related work. Among them, enterprise representatives must also sign and abide by the Convention on Integrity and Self discipline of China's Down Industry, and prohibit unfair competition behaviors such as shoddy, fake, fake and selling fake products.

The China Badminton Association said that the establishment of the China Badminton Industry Quality Alliance is an important measure to implement the spirit of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council's Outline for Building a Quality Powerful Country, strengthen industry self-discipline, combat counterfeits and shoddy goods, promote genuine goods, protect intellectual property rights, accelerate the construction of a new development pattern of China's down industry, and strive to promote high-quality development.
