Zhao Guangrong told reporters that the remote control intelligent water pile equipment was installed and used for the first time this year, which is very convenient. Usually, you can use mobile phones or computers to complete the operation, which effectively saves labor, time, water, fertilizer, electricity and other resources in field management.

Now it takes less than a minute to open and close one valve, so the labor intensity of the managers was reduced. At the same time, it also laid a foundation for our cotton production."

In recent years, Xinhe County has vigorously promoted the construction of high standard farmland, integrating small plots into large strip fields to facilitate the promotion and use of large agricultural machinery. At the same time, it has also incorporated the "smart water fertilizer integration" technology into the content of high standard farmland construction projects, which has greatly saved water resources, improved the utilization rate of fertilizers, and saved labor costs. At present, the cotton planting area of the whole county has reached 825000 mu, and mechanization has been realized from sowing, water and fertilizer management, disease and pest control, and the mechanization rate has reached 96%. Each mu of land can save about 15% of water and about 50-100 cubic meters of water.
