After the project is put into production, the sewing thread produced by the enterprise will account for 18% of the global share and 20% of the national share. The reporter walked into the world's largest single textile factory building covering 60000 square meters and saw that rows and rows of roaring automation equipment were running at full speed. Tons of cotton were continuously produced from the production line through nine processes, namely, flossing, carding, slinging, coarse sand, spinning, winding, doubling, twisting and finished products.

Yu Ze said that they introduced advanced intelligent textile production equipment. Compared with traditional workshops, they reduced labor costs and errors by two-thirds, and saved energy consumption by 5% per ton.

There are two production workshops like this one, with a capacity of 200000 ingots. At present, it has achieved an output value of 500 million yuan, tax revenue of 15 million yuan, and employment of 600 people. The products are exported to Brazil, Spain, South Korea and other foreign markets, as well as Zhejiang, Hubei, Guangdong and other places in China, and are widely used in LV, Hermes, Uniqlo and other international well-known brands.

"Under the current good sales situation and industry development opportunities, our enterprise has decided to further expand its scale." Yu Zexue told reporters that they just learned more about industry trends through the conference, and at the same time, expanded the market and industry resources.

In his view, the integration of industrialization and industrialization in the textile industry will improve the sales of product research and development, speed up the promotion of new products, and use big data analysis to provide a more accurate basis for enterprise production and sales decisions.
