The Action Index Of Developing Textile Modernization System (Hongze) Was Officially Released

In order to better implement the Action Plan for Building a Modern Textile Industry System (2022-2035), comprehensively evaluate the current situation and potential of the textile industry modernization development in Hongze District, and further promote the construction of the modern textile industry system in Hongze District, the Industrial Economics Research Institute of the China Textile Industry Federation, in conjunction with the Huai'an Hongze District Committee The district government has jointly carried out the work related to "developing the textile modernization system (Hongze) action index", pointing out the direction for cultivating new quality productivity with Hongze textile advantages. On November 8, the "Development of Textile Modernization System (Hongze) Action Index" was officially released.

Hua Shan, director of China Textile Economy Research Center and president of China Textile Industry Federation Industrial Economy Research Institute, said that the "Hongze Index" was the first action index since the release of the Platform for Action. In the process of compiling the "Hongze Index", extensive research was carried out among local enterprises, involving 5 first level indicators, 16 second level indicators, 43 third level indicators and 77 evaluation items. According to comprehensive calculation, the score of "Hongze Index" is 823, with a scoring rate of 82.3%, which is close to excellent. Among them, Hongze's "industrial development environment" has generally reached an excellent level, and its "market development potential" is generally close to an excellent level.

Hua Shan pointed out that the release of the "Hongze Index" can comprehensively assess the comprehensive development level of the textile industry in Hongze District, sort out the advantages and experience, find the shortcomings, and help Hongze District to clarify its development orientation and plan the upgrading path. Based on this, she proposed a high-quality development path for the textile industry in Hongze District: strengthen the leading industry and create a new industrial chain of green fiber; Stabilizing the chain, strengthening, optimizing and developing new products, and consolidating the advantages of new fiber materials; Open up the independent innovation chain and enhance the core competitiveness of the industry; Improve the basic bearing capacity and build green low-carbon industrial parks; Integrate regional resources and build a coordinated industrial development system. With green fiber+green manufacturing, we have jointly woven Hongze's high-end textile blueprint. For the national textile industry, we can learn from Hong Ze's experience in promoting the evaluation of national key textile industry clusters, and provide important support for guiding the high-quality development of the textile industry during the "Tenth Five Year Plan".
