Youngor Group And Yintai Management Jointly Invested In Yintai, And The Signing Ceremony Was Held!
According to Youngor, on December 17, Youngor Group, Alibaba Group and Yintai Commercial Group held a signing ceremony in Ningbo. Since then, Youngor Group has officially taken over Yintai Commercial Group together with the management of Yintai.
Li Hanqiu, Vice Chairman of Youngor Group, Xu Hong, Chief Financial Officer and Head of Strategic Investment Department of Alibaba Group, Chen Xiaodong, Chairman of Hongyi Group and CEO of Yintai Commercial Group, respectively delivered speeches on the stage and signed the contract on behalf of the three parties.
The Group and the management of Yintai jointly invested in Yintai, aiming to "strengthen the chain and supplement the chain" and improve the fashion ecosystem.
