Project Consultation Will Become The Key Content Of Entrepreneurship Guidance.

The experts in the entrepreneurial guidance room are getting younger and younger. The youngest is only 25 years old, and most of them are above undergraduate degree.

Yesterday, Hu Ping, director of the Nanjing municipal labor and Social Security Bureau's entrepreneurial guidance room, told reporters that the newly recruited 27 expert consulting experts, who had just expanded their capacity, were not only rich in industry background, but also had an average age of about 40 years old.

Some laid-off workers who came to the consultation said happily, "we will have to sit there more."

Mr Li, a graduate student with extensive undergraduate experience and rich experience in entrepreneurship, is currently a chairman and general manager of a company. He is one of the 27 newly recruited consulting experts.

Xu Hong, deputy director of the vocational training center of the labor and Social Security Bureau of the Nanjing municipal labor and Social Security Bureau, said that with the increasing number of laid-off and unemployed people in the mainland and the increasing number of entrepreneurial projects involved, the old expert team in the entrepreneurial guidance room has been unable to meet the increasing demand of entrepreneurs because of its larger age structure and narrow professional knowledge.

From the new 27 experts list, the reporters learned that the expertise of new experts in business consulting is: project development, demonstration and evaluation, credit guidance before business, business management, law, international trade, marketing and so on.

The profession of experts also involves various professions, including university lecturers, lawyers, senior engineers, general managers, Secretary General of trade associations, international business divisions, accountants and so on.

Hu Ping said, in the past, there were many aspects of entrepreneurship consultation and guidance room could not be provided. After joining these new experts, more laid-off workers could get help from here.

According to Hu Ping, since the establishment of the entrepreneurial guidance room 4 years ago, nearly 3000 people have been consulted, and nearly half of them have come to ask questions related to entrepreneurship projects. There are people who are looking for projects to ask whether they can do it. After the establishment of the new expert advisory group, project consultation will become a major Advisory Service in the future.

Mr. Yu, a former chief engineer of a research institute, is an expert in project development and argumentation.
