With the deepening of the reform and opening up in Tibet, the procedures for setting up a company registration business in Tibet have gradually become easier and faster. Individual, private, joint venture and sole proprietorship enterprises can complete registration and registration procedures within 15 days, so that they will soon enter the proper operation period.

With the overall development of the western development strategy, the people's Government of the Tibet autonomous region has introduced a series of convenient measures to do business in Tibet, so as to attract more mainland and foreign enterprises to take part in the great development of Tibet, and to push the Tibet economy into a new stage of extraordinary and leap forward development as soon as possible.

The establishment of an enterprise in Tibet shall not be regarded as a precondition for the registration of enterprises except in accordance with the relevant laws, regulations and rules.

Upon receipt of the application documents approved by the enterprise name and complete registration, it will be approved or rejected according to the following time: enterprise name approval or individual industrial and commercial households applying for business license shall be established within 3 days. The establishment of a non corporate legal entity shall be completed within 7 days. The establishment of a limited liability company (including a wholly foreign-owned company) and the "three foreign-invested enterprises" shall be held within 10 days. The establishment of Limited by Share Ltd or group company shall be cleared within 15 days.

The Tibet autonomous region has also reformulated the standards for setting up various companies in Tibet, reducing the requirements. When applying for registration, the group's registered capital can be reduced to 20 million yuan, the subsidiary company can be reduced to 3, and the total capital of the group company can be reduced to 40 million yuan.

When the registration of an unincorporated enterprise is not registered, the capital verification report shall not be submitted.

After the registered capital of the "three capital" enterprises is in place, the annual audit report will no longer be submitted in the annual inspection.

The registered capital has also been adjusted to the companies that apply for registration. The companies that mainly produce and wholesale goods and the comprehensive advertising companies have been reduced to 300 thousand yuan, and the companies which are mainly retail businesses have been reduced to 100 thousand yuan, and the development of science and technology, consultation and service companies have been reduced to 80 thousand yuan.

Except for joint-stock companies and group companies, when other enterprises apply for registration, the registered capital can be put in place within two years. If the total capital is less than 1 million yuan, the capital invested for the first time will reach more than 30% of the registered capital, and 50% yuan should be more than 1 million yuan.

The annual inspection time has also been extended from the past 4 months to half a year, from January 1st to June 30th.
