    Hu Weiliang, head of the technical section of the company, has 20 years of working experience in the printing and dyeing industry. Since last year, he has undertaken the research of this subject, starting from the selection and matching of dyes, and seeking a dye preparation scheme with good coloring rate and stability. After numerous tests, this May, the new process of "refining and dyeing in one bath" was successful and put into production.


    It is reported that "refining and dyeing in one bath" is to combine the first five of the original six processes together. Except for special colors, this process can be applied to more than 95% of fabric dyeing. After the use of the new process, the company reduced the sewage discharge from 12 tons to 4 to 6 tons, the power consumption from 160 kilowatt hours to 100 kilowatt hours, the steam consumption from 1.5 tons to 1.1 to 1.2 tons, and the production time was reduced by 2 hours, improving the production efficiency.
