In Heilongjiang, Yabuli, a ski resort in Yabuli, Yunnan Province, the snow skiing of the skiing ground is very popular. People know that the skiing in China starts late but develops rapidly.

The skiing enthusiasm of local people and the confluence of Southern tourists' skiing enthusiasm have made the skiing industry develop rapidly. Some snow fields have built up Nanking guests under the tempting "money scene" of the ski industry, sharing a feast with the snowfield.

In the snowy market, the price war, the skiing and the popularity of the skiing generated many small snow fields. According to Zhang Yuanyuan, director of the reception center of the Heilongjiang, the "3S" ski resort is not directly affected by the microclimate, but is affected by the great climate.

"Without these hardware inputs, it means hidden dangers."

"Most of the southern tourists have not been to Yabuli, and the snowfield has kept tourists by deception, which makes tourists mistakenly believe that the Yabuli ski resort is a small snow slope."

Han Lei said: "some snow fields have even brought great negative effects to the snowy field such as Yabuli. When I went to Japan and South Korea to introduce the Yabuli ski resort, some people said they did not believe it. They said the Yabuli ski resort was very small."

The multi management structure needs to be broken up.

Behind some snow fields, there is a "woodland dispute".

According to insiders, some areas of the snow field belong to the local government, but the forest and land in the area belong to the forestry department. If you want to build ski resorts, the local governments do not have the authority to examine and approve. They need the approval of the forestry department, and the license issuance of the ski resorts belongs to the local sports department. There is no need to contact the local authorities.

There is a lack of unified planning in the construction of snow and ice fields, resulting in the phenomenon of irregular "shaving" to the mountain forests. The blind snowfield has also caused damage to the local ecological environment.

A local official said that the villa in Yabuli resort is built by different departments. There are problems of snow in front of each other. Now the local governments are stepping up their integration efforts to form a brand.

In order to better regulate the snow field, the relevant state departments should improve the existing snow field standards, raise the thresholds of the snow field standards, support the development of the snowfield with strong strength, and straighten out the management system as soon as possible, end the current situation of multi trial and multi management in the ski resorts, and establish a supervisory and monitoring system and mechanism, so that the construction and management of the snow field can be controlled.
