Since then, Zhang took passengers from the passenger company to stir up passengers and quarrel, failed to perform their duties properly, and for a long time staying in the station, causing the passengers to get off the train and get hurt, he took the passengers and the passenger pport company to the court to claim damages.
In the process of case hearing, the first court took into account the fact that the passenger company had no obvious breach of contract and other related circumstances, and did not identify the passenger company's breach of contract.
However, in the trial process, the first hospital found that there was no operational specification for passenger pport companies to deal with emergencies and other issues. The ability of the sales staff to deal with emergencies is weak, which is a gap between providing passenger services with safe and convenient services.
To this end, the middle court sent a judicial proposal to the company, hoping that the passenger pport company will improve its work standards, strengthen staff training, strengthen the awareness of observing the passenger pport contract, build a good bus passenger pport order, and provide quality services for the Olympic Games.
After receiving a central court's judicial suggestion, the passenger pport company attached great importance to it and actively carried out rectification.
The company said in its reply that it has rectify the problems, improve the system and implement the following measures: first, it is to educate the drivers and flight attendants in "Thirteen ways to do" in various forms, such as newspaper and wall charts, so that all the staff can grasp the principles and methods of dealing with emergencies properly.

The passenger pport company said that in accordance with the judicial recommendations of the court, efforts should be made to improve the ability and legal awareness of the handling of emergencies and standardize passenger pport management, so as to provide quality services for the safe Olympics.
