The Standard Of Heating Underwear Was Established In The Year.

Recently, the national knitting products quality supervision and inspection center has learned that the testing instruments used to detect the heating fibers in the heated underwear have been imported from Japan.

After the commissioning of the instrument, the inspection center is carrying out a lot of preliminary tests to grasp the technological parameters of detecting the heating fibers.

The heating fiber is the first functional fiber invented in Japan in recent years. It has been produced in Toyo, Asahi Shing, and nimnun, and has been applied in Japan.

According to Yu Jianjun, director of the inspection center, in Japan, this kind of fiber is mainly used to produce medical bandages, and there is no relevant monitoring standard. Most of them are determined according to the requirements of users.

A year ago, the so-called "hot underwear" appeared in the domestic market, and various enterprises exaggerated propaganda and misled consumers.

To this end, China's Knitting Industry Association will take the lead in formulating relevant standards to standardize the market order.

Yu Jianjun told reporters that the test method for testing the heating fiber and other fibers has been mastered. However, the ratio of the heating fiber applied to the clothing is much, and the range of the content can be heated, how much temperature can be raised and how long it can be kept.

At present, the inspection center is making contact with the production factories to knit the knitted fabrics containing heat fibers, making a lot of experiments, trying to find out the ideal balance point of the heating fibers used for underwear.

This work is also a preparation for the next step in developing the standard of heating fiber underwear.

It is reported that the standard project of heating underwear has been approved at the end of last year, striving to complete the standard formulation this year and submit it to the relevant departments of the state for examination.

Before formulating the standard of heating underwear, in order to standardize the market and protect the interests of consumers, the China knitted industrial association has launched the "black underwear" logo on the Yellow bottom, which is the product labeled with hot underwear. The manufacturer must design and manufacture the product according to the standard of the heating fiber temperature of not less than 5 degrees and the content of not less than 5%, and to the Association for the record.
