GH/T1265-2019 Two Cotton Industry Quality Grading Instrument And Other Industry Standards Issued.

According to the proposal of the China National Federation of supply and marketing cooperatives and the national cotton processing Standardization Technical Committee, the GH/T1265-2019 standard for cotton mill quality grading and GH/T1266-2019 "cotton mill quality grading method and instrument method", which was drafted by the Zhengzhou cotton and hemp Engineering Technology Design Institute of China national supply and Marketing Cooperative headquarters, will be implemented in December 1, 2019 (the Announcement No. [2019]3 of the China national supply and marketing cooperative). These two standards are funded by the national NQI special project "natural gas fiber intelligent and flexible processing technology standard research" (numbering: 2016YFF0201902) project, which is mainly used for on-line detection of cotton processing enterprises, which can greatly reduce labor intensity of manual setting and adjustment of moisture regain, improve processing quality and ensure the safe operation of equipment.

GH/T1265-2019 "cotton mill quality grading instrument" conforms to the requirements of national standards, industry standards and relevant industrial policies, and specifies the types, technical requirements, testing methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of cotton mill quality grading instrument. The formulation of standards is conducive to establishing accurate cotton quality control system for cotton processing enterprises, which is of great significance for improving cotton processing technology, improving cotton processing quality, promoting the transformation of cotton processing industry to fine production mode, and promoting the technological upgrading of cotton processing industry.

GH/T1266-2019 "cotton mill quality grading method and instrument method", which specifies the terms and definitions, testing principles, equipment and materials, test methods, results calculation and precision of cotton mill quality grading detection methods. The establishment of this standard will help cotton processing enterprises to establish a complete instrument quality inspection system for rolling mill quality, which is of great significance for improving the efficiency of inspection, reducing human errors, promoting the comprehensive instrumented inspection of cotton quality indicators, and promoting the technological progress of cotton processing industry in China.
