In 2008, we will continue to do a good job in guiding the gradient pfer of the garment industry in Guangdong, actively engage in regional contacts with the intention to undertake industrial pfer, and strive for preferential policies for enterprises interested in pferring the processing bases, creating favorable conditions for industrial pfer.

With the restriction of land resources and the rise of labor costs, the developed areas such as the Pearl River Delta have begun to gradually promote industrial adjustment policies, adopt industrial pfer methods for labor-intensive enterprises, and develop headquarters economy as a new direction for attracting investment. Meanwhile, some large garment enterprises are also planning to move factories to areas where land and labor costs are low.
