Recently, in the conversation with his general manager, Li Yongming, we can feel the spirit of the stubborn struggle of our loom backbone enterprises in Shanghai.

Reporter: in the current situation, what measures have been taken by China spinning machine?

Li Yongming: this year is a key year for the development and structural adjustment of China Textile machinery industry.

The development of industry is based on product development. In terms of product development, we mainly rely on the new prototype displayed on this year's Shanghai international textile machinery exhibition to speed up the commercialization of new products.

The new looms displayed on this exhibition have improved the product level of the international advanced manufacturers in terms of mechatronics, speed, energy saving, emission reduction, fabric adaptability, reliability and stability.

Reporter: in the process of commercialization of new products, are there any new initiatives for China spinning machine this year?

Li Yongming: accelerating the pace of providing new looms to weaving enterprises is the top priority of our work.

This year, we are striving to take six measures. First, we should strengthen organizational leadership, focus on the key tasks and progress requirements of the objectives and tasks, and strengthen organizational leadership, timely coordination and implementation of the progress so as to ensure that the planned tasks are completed on schedule.

Two, we should attach importance to team building, emphasize the role of leaders of new product development projects and engineering talents, and build a contingent of engineers and technicians who are relatively stable and can undertake product development.

The three is to implement incentive measures. In the process of formulating incentives for new product development projects, a project responsibility system is set up to give spiritual and material incentives to engineers and technicians in their hard work in new product development.

The four is to ensure the implementation of costs, do everything possible to overcome all kinds of difficulties, rely on their own strength, actively raise funds to ensure that product development costs, trial costs and technical pformation costs in place.

Five is to improve production organization, timely technological pformation, constantly improve production facilities, enhance the manufacturing capacity and matching capabilities of new products.

Six is to improve sales ability, pay attention to the new product sales ability allocation and improvement, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of sales staff, use various social forces and ways to speed up the sales of new products.

Reporter: what are the new arrangements for China Textile Machinery in terms of structural adjustment?

Li Yongming: structural adjustment is the main keynote of China spinning machine this year. We will take the development of high-grade shuttleless loom as the direction, with the production of main parts and assembly as the main part, and rationally configure all kinds of resources of enterprises, and rebuild the new production process of high-grade shuttleless looms.

Through the adjustment of technological layout, we should strive to achieve four concentration (i.e., strive for relatively concentrated production organization, relatively concentrated storage and logistics, relatively centralized supporting facilities, and relatively concentrated management of enterprises), providing products with high technical level, good quality and low price for technological pformation and expansion of weaving enterprises.

Reporter: in the development of mechanical and electrical integrated shuttleless loom, how to implement the Chinese spinning machine?

Li Yongming: in order to fully implement the science and technology support project of the Ministry of science and technology "intelligent mechanical and electrical integration shuttleless loom", we are actively striving for the next generation of advanced shuttleless loom R & D to be included in the national development and Reform Commission's new product research and development and industrialization projects.

In recent years, China Textile machinery has vigorously promoted the process of CAD/CAE/CAM integration, striving to put into production a large number of international advanced shuttleless looms in 2~3 years, and now several new products have been released and put on the market one after another.

These new products have improved their technical level and performance in terms of weaving speed, reliability, mechatronics and product adaptability. Compared with foreign advanced products, these new products have high performance price ratio, which fits the requirements of high-performance weaving machines for high performance shuttleless looms.

Reporter: at present, the weaving industry calls for more technology and brand innovation. How does the spinning machine meet this requirement in terms of product development?

Li Yongming: the spinning machine will take the development of high-grade air-jet looms and rapier looms as the direction, and contribute to the new round of technological pformation of weaving enterprises.
