The producer service industry represented by the modern logistics industry is a weak link in the industrial ecological chain of Jinjiang.

For example, in Jinjiang, the development of producer services such as logistics industry is far behind the development of manufacturing industry, which is difficult to match and constrains the development of manufacturing industry.

The main reason is that scientific research is large and risky.

Some industry technology centers and enterprise technology centers in Jinjiang basically take their own needs as the starting point, and it is difficult to provide industrial public services.

"If some enterprises have needs, they are actively seeking cooperation with scientific research institutions."

Xu Rongfeng said that the effectiveness of the science and technology service industry for the manufacturing industry needs to be further developed.

The national footwear inspection center of Jinjiang inspection and quarantine bureau is one of the testing services for footwear, textiles and toys.

Since its formal operation in 2003, the testing center already has more than 1000 domestic and international testing standards or methods. It can detect more than 300 inspection items of footwear products and shoe materials according to GB, SN, ISO, ASTM, BS, EN, SATRA, DIN and other standards, methods or technical specifications. Its testing business covers Fujian province and extends to footwear enterprises of Zhejiang, Guangdong, Shandong, Hunan, Shaanxi, Jiangxi, Hubei and other provinces.

"In early 2006, we promptly completed the 127 batch of urgent tasks for special supervision and spot checks on the safety and hygiene items exported to the European Union and Italy, which effectively prevented Italy from conducting spot checks on imported footwear in China and received high praise and approval from the AQSIQ.
