Sanshui District Will Move And Close 16 Textile Printing And Dyeing Enterprises By The End Of Next Year.

The implementation plan of textile printing and dyeing and leather industry adjustment and upgrading has been introduced recently. The plan clearly points out that upgrading and pformation of 16 printing and dyeing leather enterprises will be promoted within 21 years.

Since 2006, Sanshui District has carried out a unified management of textile, dyeing and other water pollution industries, but the effect is not obvious.

According to the water quality monitoring results of the Sanshui District Environmental Monitoring Station in 2007, the water quality of Southwest Chung, Tai Mo Chung, Leping Chung, left bank Chung, Tai Tong Chung, Qiao Bei Chung and other main rivers exceeded the functional standards.

In this regard, Sanshui has introduced the textile printing and dyeing and leather industry adjustment and upgrading implementation plan, and listed 21 textile printing and dyeing and leather enterprises that meet the requirements of governance and upgrading, and implemented mandatory energy audit and cleaner production certification, encouraging the establishment of brands, reporting and listing, and promoting the development of branding, standardization and scale.

16 textile printing and dyeing enterprises, which do not conform to the urban planning, seriously affect the urban construction, and use the leased land or the leasing plant, will be relocated or closed according to law before the end of next year.
