Brand must have its own style.
The China Federation of Commerce has worked with many sub trade associations of the China Textile Industry Association, and has participated in the Shanghai international fashion underwear exhibition held by the knitting industry association. It also organized retailers to participate in CHIC.
"In many fashion exhibitions, it is obvious that Chinese enterprises will focus too much on the corporate image and ignore the display of new products and brand styles." Wang Yao talked about his own experience. "In fact, it is not that the decoration is more luxurious at the exhibition, but it must have its own style. The more obvious the style, the better. You should clearly tell others what your main products are and what are your selling points. How are you different from others?"
Wang Yaoju gave an example of a home textile product exhibition. He said that the background for the display of home textile products is very critical. It is completely different from the bed sheets placed under the yellow background in white background. If our designers can design a series of products with white background, and put white furniture and accessories in the exhibition area, it will make people feel comfortable and will be impressed with their style.
However, our brand will be particularly luxurious, exaggerated and magnificent when we display it. It will put all the products out and drown what we most want to highlight.
"It's really important for people to really feel the brand's style."
In the long process of working in the commercial field, Wang Yao was particularly impressed with this.
At present, the market is relatively fixed and the demand is also saturated. Under the situation of supply exceeding demand, home textile enterprises and knitting enterprises are getting more and more difficult. If blindly following big enterprises, expanding scale and producing low-grade products, they will easily be eliminated by the market.
It is understood that most of the small and medium enterprises that fail now are not upgraded by technology but can only take orders from low-end products.
Therefore, our enterprises should strive to understand the needs of consumers, be good at and be brave in discovering the bright spots and opportunities in the market, and establish their own brand style and characteristics so as to enhance their ability to resist risks.
"When it comes to brand marketing, this is something that our enterprises need to pay special attention to," Wang Yao went on to explore more deeply. "There are two ways of marketing: first, the brand of the enterprise will pay attention to attracting guests, through advertising, attracting more people to come to the store and spend a lot of energy; the second is to raise the customer price; the former is to buy more people, the latter is to buy more things.
If more people come to the store, it will increase the cost of invisibly, and it is unlikely that all consumers coming to the store will like this brand. So if our brand can consider the problem from a different angle, better satisfy the fixed consumers, and buy more and more fixed consumers, the people who like this brand will keep up with the brand's footsteps and the brand will continue to grow and grow. "
The brand must identify its position.
Wang Yao believes that our domestic brands should have better development, we must really do a good job of positioning, so that the brand can be recognized by businesses.
Generally speaking, shopping malls and franchised stores are the preferred channels for brands. Any kind of channel will have high school and low grades. Some of our brands can occupy more channels, ignore the brand positioning and spread out in all the shopping malls that can enter. This seems to be a big brand, but it can not last long, but it is still unknown.
In fact, brand positioning must be accurate, narrow and narrow, and only stores that match the grades, positioning and styles of their products must be identified with brand positioning and shopping malls.
At present, the location of shopping malls in China has not been fully refined, but they have realized that they are making efforts to make adjustments.
Now businessmen want to confirm their position as soon as possible, but they can not sing monologues, they must be supported by brand dealers. Only when the brand owners have made their own positioning, can businessmen choose better.
Wang Yao told reporters that businesses are very keen to find a brand that matches their positioning at the exhibition. If the brand does not set a good place, it will still be very popular for merchants to hold the idea that all stores want to enter.
