Metersbonwe'S 28 Day Listing Nearly 90% Financing For Tuo Store
Metersbonwe (002269.SZ) will be listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on the 28 th of this month. It will issue 70 million shares and plans to raise 1 billion 800 million yuan. UBS is its sponsor and principal underwriter.
Metersbonwe was founded in 2000 with a registered capital of 600 million yuan. The absolute controlling shareholder is a Chinese clothing investment company with a shareholding ratio of 90%.
Metersbonwe is a casual wear design, development and sales enterprise, its main business brand "Metersbonwe" in 2006 was "China well-known trademark" recognition. According to Euromonitor's statistics, in 2006, the market share of Mts. Bang Wei's brand casual wear products was 0.95% in the domestic casual wear retail industry, ranking the first among the 12 major casual wear brands in the domestic market.
More specifically, unlike most of the domestic garment enterprises, Metersbonwe does not have its own production and processing factories, and all garment production takes outsourcing mode, while itself mainly focuses on garment design, brand building and final marketing terminal.
Metersbonwe's "prospectus" disclosed that production outsourcing mode to a certain extent for the company to resist the current cost pressures faced by the textile industry.
Metersbonwe said that the casual wear retail enterprises that use outsourcing mode are mainly reducing the pressure of cost increase by giving full play to the advantages of the domestic textile industry with abundant production capacity, strengthening the bidding mechanism and establishing long-term cooperative partnership.
At the same time, Han Zhongwei, Secretary of Metersbonwe's board of directors, told reporters that the company's products were mainly used for domestic sales. Therefore, changes in domestic and foreign trade environment and exchange rate changes have little impact on Metersbonwe.
It is worth noting that 1 billion 600 million yuan will be used in the marketing network construction in the 1 billion 800 million yuan of Metersbonwe plan. The company plans to add 68 more shops in cities with a population of more than 1 million, including 31 outlets and 37 franchisees. At present, Metersbonwe has 2211 stores in the country, including 284 Direct stores and 1927 franchises.
