Two Skills Of Word Macro Application

The macro function in Word can combine a series of Word commands and instructions together to realize the automation of task execution, instead of a series of time-consuming and repetitive operations performed manually. Here is an introduction to the application examples of two macros.

Automatic encrypting files

Then we clicked the menu "tools to options", set the password in the "options" dialog box under the "security" tab, and then click "OK" after completion.

At this point, we can click on the menu "tool macro macro stop recording" to complete the macro recording.

Later, when we use word, we can click on the new button in the toolbar when we start building new files, so that the new files generated will be encrypted automatically.

If you don't need to encrypt new files, just use the new file automatically generated when you open word.

Page turning function

When looking at some long documents, it is very troublesome to use the mouse to pull the scroll bar to turn the pages. Although the mouse now has a roller, it is not very good to roll it to the hand. If you can let the mouse guide the word document and let it roll freely, there is one function in the word macro.

Open the longer word file you want to read, click on the menu "Tools > macro > macro", then select "word command" in the "macro location" below, then select "Autoscroll" in the macro name and then click the "run" button. Then we can see the effect.

If you want to use this function frequently, we can set it up in the toolbar, click the menu "tools to customize", select the "command" label in the pop-up dialog box, drag the "Autoscroll" to the toolbar in all the command categories, then click the "close" button.

In this way, you can directly scroll through the auto scroll on the toolbar in the future.
