Wenzhou Garment Enterprises Both Inside And Outside Sales
Affected by the financial crisis and slowing global demand, some garment foreign trade enterprises in Wenzhou have adopted the "tug of war" approach to develop the international market. Some enterprises hope to seize the opportunity of the country to expand domestic demand and stimulate consumption, and seek development in the domestic market.
"The impact of the financial crisis on Wenzhou garment enterprises is very great. The export volume of garment enterprises increased by 13.89% in October compared with the same period in November, while the volume of exports dropped sharply in November. The volume of exports decreased by 12.6% compared with the same period last year. It is expected that in December, it will not be good in December.
Wu Yiheng, Secretary General of the Wenzhou clothing trade association's foreign trade clothing branch, told the daily economic news.
Reporters learned that, Wenzhou City, including the clothing of IrDA, weir ho dress, fan Xi Shi costumes, Tatar costumes and other 18 foreign trade clothing enterprises, the creation of independent clothing brand, Baotuan set up Wenzhou snow dream group, recently, in Pingyang song Qiao garment industrial park officially started.
According to the introduction, most of the garment enterprises in Wenzhou used to make European orders. But this year, influenced by factors such as financial crisis and exchange rate risk, enterprises are facing difficulties such as reduced orders and declining profits.
"Now we will expand the market expansion in Russia, South America and South Africa, and the clothing consumption market in these areas has larger room for expansion."

At present, some foreign trade clothing enterprises have begun to pform and pition to the domestic market, so as to realize both internal and external marketing to resist risks.
According to a person in charge of the Wenzhou chamber of Commerce, in order to expand the domestic market, some garment enterprises in Wenzhou have jointly joined the two or three line cities and rural areas of China. Now they are going to set up clothing stores in two or three cities of Tianjin and Hubei, so that the products can be directly entered into the retail terminal by the manufacturers, expanding domestic sales channels and starting the domestic demand market.
