Adidas Olympic Park Opens With Chinese Delegation 2008
The Adidas Olympic Park, located in Village, Sanlitun, Beijing, is open to the public today.
During the whole Olympic Games, ordinary citizens and tourists who care about the Olympic Games can experience interactive sports games, understand Olympic history, and watch the Olympic exciting events through the big screen on the spot.
As an official partner of the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games, Adidas not only provided professional sports equipment for more than 3000 athletes from 33 countries during the Beijing Olympics, but also set up various forms of mass participation activities in many hot spots in Beijing, such as the Adidas Olympic Park in Sanlitun Village and China Millennium Monument, the "Adidas sports world" exhibition hall in the Olympic Park, including athletes such as David Beckham, Ian Thorp, Isinbayeva and Tyson Guy, as well as the Adidas movement visual art exhibition at home and abroad.
Adidas hopes that through these Olympic experience venues, people from all over the world can join the Olympic Games together for 2008.

On the evening of 10, a large number of Beijing residents and Olympic tourists gathered at the Adidas Olympic Park in Village, Sanlitun. They participated in sports games, watched live performances, and witnessed the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games through the large outdoor screens mounted on the scene.
Over the next 16 days, the Olympic Games will be broadcast live 12 hours a day, accompanied by a variety of experience activities to enable consumers to feel and participate in the Olympic Games.
In the Adidas Olympic Park, there are 6 parts: the football experience area, the running experience zone, the Olympic Art Park, the Olympic history corridor, the fans filling station and the Olympic stage.
Visitors can test their penalty shooting speed in the football experience area, and challenge the professional players; test the starting reaction speed in the running experience area, challenge the start performance of the world dash champion; draw the giant paintings of the gold medals of Olympic athletes in China in the Olympic Art Park and live artists; go through the Adidas Olympic history corridor, understand more Olympic history; create dynamic refueling slogans and refueling slogans at the fans' petrol stations, and upload the network to support the Chinese Olympic athletes; and the Olympic stage is the best place for people to watch live events and cheer for Olympic athletes.

Adidas will provide a wide range of participation platforms for the public during the Olympic Games: Adidas Olympic Park, Sanlitun Village will be the Olympic Games during the Olympic Games, participate in interactive sports games experience, big screen watch competition, close contact with the Olympic stars in the center; the Beijing Sports Museum of art exhibition in today's Art Museum, with "sports and humanities" as the theme, with artistic inspiration to express the Olympic passion.
Consumers can also enjoy 10 works that are first exhibited by world famous athletes; the Adidas sports world exhibition area in the Olympic Park will show Adidas's elegant demeanour as the official partner of the Beijing Olympic Games, and will also become the news center for Adidas to pmit daily fine color competitions and athletes' stories. In the center of the Plaza of the Millennium Olympic Games Park, there is a huge three-dimensional Chinese women's volleyball competition model, which is a good place for people and tourists to take photos.
During the Olympic Games, Adidas will provide all kinds of sports equipment, including 43 kinds of sports shoes, for more than 3000 athletes from 33 countries, 16 countries and regions, 214 national and regional sports organizations, 100 thousand volunteers, officials and staff.
Adidas currently provides professional sports equipment for 27 of the 28 Olympic events, and has specially created a full range of retail products for the Beijing Olympic Games.
This is the first time in the history of the Olympic Games that global consumers can access Adidas competitors' competing equipment in the retail market.
