Shoemaking Enterprises Strive To Develop Domestic Market

China's shoe exports "price rises"

In sharp contrast to the decline in export enterprises and quantity, the export volume of footwear in Guangdong in the first half of this year was 4 billion 960 million yuan, an increase of 9.2%, and the export average price was 3 US dollars / double, an increase of 29.6%, showing a situation of "volume price rise".
Regarding this, Qiu Xiaoguang, President of Guangdong Footwear Manufacturers Association, believes that this is a good sign in the structural adjustment of the footwear industry, reflecting the acceleration of integration and intensification of shoe enterprises.
Export shoe enterprises start competing for domestic market
Wu Hang, Secretary General of Guangdong Footwear Manufacturers Association, said that under the severe export situation, enterprises that are good at developing domestic sales and walking on "two legs" are relatively less affected. At present, China consumes nearly 2 billion 300 million pairs of shoes every year, and has become the largest consumer country of shoes in the world. Opening up the domestic market is very important for the survival and development of enterprises.
Chen oil is the head of a medium-sized shoe factory in Huidong County, Guangdong. Because it has always insisted on "two legs" walking, and domestic sales are more than export, the operation of its enterprises is not affected by the export situation. Chen oil said: "the outlook is neither pessimistic nor optimistic. What is most lacking now is the marketing talents who are good at developing the domestic market."
Foshan Nanhai the Great Wall shoe industry Co., Ltd. is a large enterprise with more than 1000 workers. Its products are mainly exported to Europe and the United States. Ling Sheng Miao, director of the enterprise, told reporters that the export situation is very severe this year, and the pressure on enterprises is very high. Besides adjusting the disadvantages of export through its own adjustment, the company has also set up a development department to build its own brand to develop domestic products, and its products will be listed in September.

According to the analysis of the footwear manufacturers' Association of Guangdong, the shoe companies scramble for the domestic market, which will greatly promote the domestic footwear consumption market to integrate with the international market. Consumers will enjoy more fashionable and inexpensive footwear products.

Some enterprises have set up the R & D Center for shoemaking, and the shoe making industry in Guangdong has begun to standardize technology in the fields of finished shoes, materials and parts, shoe making equipment and so on.
