You see, there are difficulties in enterprises. They do not depend on themselves. They find their way by themselves. It is good to take the responsibility of family and society by honest labor.
From then on, no matter what people look at me, I can face up to it. Someone asked me how long I have been in Daqing. I will never tell you that I am a native Daqing people, Daqing workers!
It's harder to start a career.
Although their path has been found, it really is a bumpy journey.
On the first day of business, a total of two guests came in, earning three yuan, earning five yuan in second days, and earning one yuan in third days.
After a detailed calculation, you have to pay 100 yuan a day.
In the past two colleagues who worked with me in a team did not believe that I could understand.
One said, if you go on like this, you have to shut down in two months. The other says, you can't get into the river in half a year.

Shoeshine is a small profit industry. We must win by quantity and reputation is the most important.
I do not have the money to advertise, I rely on the service object to publicize for me, rely on everyone's approval to expand the influence, rely on repeat customers to attract business.
I think, although a small amount of money, but the content of services can not be less; the profit of one yuan is very low, but the quality of service can not be low; if business is booming, we must raise the cohesion of one yuan.
Honesty should be done and honesty must be kept in business. I will bear this in mind.
I want to win customers and rely on credibility.
From the beginning of the business, I take every customer seriously and deal with every pair of shoes with my heart.
Shoeshine is not as simple as most people imagine, actually it is also very knowledgeable. Every pair of shoes must first go to ash, then oil, then oil, and finally polish. A complete process takes at least 15-20 minutes, and it takes more than half an hour to finish. Different cortex needs to be processed in different ways.
Generally speaking, only one dollar can wipe the shoes up and polish them, but every time I find that there are scratches and wrinkles on the shoes, I will take the initiative to deal with them.

I knew she was trying to find fault, but I didn't want to lose my money and let her pay 2 yuan.
Our service has won the general recognition of customers. Many workers in Longnan, such as water supply, fire brigade and underground units, are coming to the ranks. The farthest ones are those who take advantage of the wind and eight hundred.
Now I am basically a repeat customer.
Shoeshine is a business that most people do not want to do, mainly because it is too tired and dirty.

Last April, just as the business in the store improved significantly, my mother was admitted to the hospital for cerebral hemorrhage.
At this juncture, I have to take care of the business in the shop and care for my mother.
If business stops, the newly opened situation and established credibility will be destroyed.
I worked in the store until 9 at night, and at night I had to nurse my mother in the hospital. For more than 40 days, I really didn't know how it came through. At that time, I found that my hair was white.
Again, dirty, no helper, I have to handle 10 pairs of shoes every day, my hands are dyed black shoe polish, penetrate into the skin, wash out the true colors, go out to work, always have to wear gloves; summer shoeshine the most suffering, squatting in a sultry cottage is a day, sweat pouring down.
I don't have any culture, but I think if you can't eat bitterness, you may suffer all your life. If you are not afraid of suffering, you will soon have a hard time.
It is absolutely impossible to think of the beauty of heaven's pie all day.
Most business people feel this way. They want to be bigger when they do business. I also have this idea.
I also received such encouragement from those who came into contact with me.
A retired veteran leader of the authority often came to my shoes and chatting with me when he was okay. He said, "when we suffer hardships, no one can imagine that Daqing will have today's prosperity.

In the course of shoe polishing, I also came into contact with a lot of private bosses who did a lot of business, and I learned a lot from them.

Her words reminded me that, after market research, my shop has added items such as leather care, leather repair and maintenance, shoe repair and other supporting items such as socks, insoles and so on.
It not only facilitates customers, but also increases revenue.
Now, my shop has withdrawn investment and has a slight surplus.

Shoeshine business is small, but the market is very large.
There are about 1000000 people in the urban area of Daqing. If there are 2 pairs of shoes per person, if I can wipe 1/5, how big a market it will be!
I have a dream, that is, to put one of my shoemaker shops in the densely populated area of the city, so that more people can enjoy our excellent service.

Now, I have opened a branch in Dongfeng new village.
