The more than 1200 shoe enterprises in Bishan County of Chongqing, known as "shoes in Western China", are faced with shortages of labor shortages to varying degrees. The shortfall of employment is close to 40 thousand, and more than 10 enterprises are hindered by the newly opened production line.
