Pupo Shoes: Dealing With Exports With High Quality
Recently, more than 100 Putian shoe enterprises held a symposium on footwear quality in Putian. We invited international testing giant INTERTEK Tianxiang group to explore how to meet the quality requirements of European and American buyers, and seek new ways for footwear products in the face of increasingly severe challenges facing exports.
Putian is a major shoe industry in Fujian and even in China. At present, the annual output value of all kinds of shoes reaches 15 billion yuan, of which more than 80% are exported, and the annual export value exceeds seven hundred million US dollars.
Despite the sustained growth in exports of Putian footwear enterprises in recent years, the pressure on Putian shoe enterprises is increasing increasingly in the face of international and domestic market and policy changes this year.
In terms of "internal worries", the export drawback of shoes and hat products decreased in July this year, while the prices of imported raw materials and energy also increased and production costs increased. In terms of "foreign aggression", the European and American countries increased their technical requirements for footwear products. This year, a series of Chinese product recall events have brought unprecedented challenges to the international competitiveness of Chinese products.
In response, Li Xinhong, vice president of Putian International Chamber of Commerce, said that the impact of these factors on Putian footwear enterprises is obvious. Putian shoe enterprises should respond promptly, with the strategy of "brand strong enterprise" and "technology based enterprise", so as to maintain and enhance the international competitiveness of Putian shoes.
In this symposium, Putian shoe manufacturers have invited IN TERTEK Tianxiang group, which has absolute market advantage in the evaluation industry, to explain the technical requirements of footwear products in the European and American markets.
The participants said they hoped to understand the quality requirements of different target markets in Europe and America through seminars, so as to work out the most appropriate solutions according to their own characteristics and local conditions.
We should create high quality and high safety "made in China" and deal with the severe challenges of export.
