This year, our city will raise the threshold of capital selection and expand the new pattern of investment selection.

Yesterday, reporters learned from the Municipal Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Bureau that our city will break the pattern of attracting investment in the past, and gradually expand it into a new pattern of one or two and three production and pay equal attention. We will introduce the project of "high, big and excellent" as the focus of investment and strive to do a good job of "new industrial grafting".

For a long time, the manufacturing project of second production has been singing "heavy play" in the investment selection of our city.

Last year, the city introduced 110 manufacturing projects, accounting for 78% of the total number of projects in the city. The main industries involved telecommunications, leather, automobile parts, chemical raw materials and so on.

This year, our city will increase the proportion of one production and three production in the selection of investment, expand the utilization of foreign capital in the fields of modern service industry, advanced manufacturing industry, modern agriculture, environmental protection industry, infrastructure and social undertakings, so as to promote the development of one production, the development of second production clusters, and the acceleration of the three production.

In view of the shortage of land resources, our city will vigorously promote investment in service industry and encourage foreign investors to establish R & D centers, regional headquarters, procurement centers, distribution centers and logistics distribution centers.

Focusing on building the headquarters economy, our city will also focus on promoting the investment and capital selection of the production oriented modern service industry, so as to provide services for the construction of the public service platform of the dominant industries and industrial parks.

In the selection of funds for investment, more attention will be paid to the quality of attracting foreign investment, and the "green threshold", "technical threshold" and "investment threshold" should be enhanced.

The city will focus on upgrading the traditional advantageous industries of 34 national brand industrial bases, increase the proportion of foreign capital projects and high-tech projects, strictly prohibit the entry of foreign projects with high pollution and high energy consumption. Relying on the construction of Binjiang business district, Oujiang Estuary new area and the three major new industrial zones of the private economy and science and technology base, and the construction of various economic and technological development zones and agricultural comprehensive development zones, we should do a good job in attracting investment plans and deepen industrial docking and project cooperation.
