Management Experience Of Farmers
First, breed marketable varieties.
The species and varieties of breeding animals are well marketed, and their quality is excellent, such as large Finland foxes, sick American mink and Danish marten.
On the contrary, if the breed of low quality main road is bred, if the orchid fox and the long mink are used, the economic benefits will be reduced. Take the fox as an example, the silver fox group is bred 3.5, the selling price is 700 yuan, the deduction cost is 250 yuan, and each profit is 450.
Finland fox group was bred 3, selling unit price 800 yuan, deduct cost 300 yuan, each profit 500 yuan.
There are 5 Blue Fox groups in China, the unit price is 300 yuan, the cost is 200 yuan, and each profit is 100 yuan.
It only corresponds to 1/5 of silver fox and Finland fox.
But there is a time limit for the marketability of the species, which is a category in a certain period of time.
Therefore, the feeder must understand the market information and dynamics, and adjust the breed structure of aquaculture animals according to market demand.
All those who have done so have gained good economic results.
However, there are still some field owners who have been feeding a certain breed according to their habits for many years, and do not invest in the adjustment of industrial structure.
To improve economic efficiency, these farmers must adjust their breed structure and renew it.
Two, reasonable feed costs.
Cost is the premise of obtaining benefits. Without cost, there is no benefit, but the cost is too high or too low, which will reduce economic benefits.
Only by controlling the cost at a reasonable level can the highest economic benefits be obtained.
The so-called reasonable cost, mainly refers to the nutrition to meet animal needs and not waste, in the management of low cost.
In the cost of fur animal breeding, the proportion of raising cost is the largest. Due to the differences in national conditions, especially the feeding conditions, the feeding standards adopted by our country are generally lower than those of the developed countries.
The high level of management can achieve normal production capacity and good economic benefits.
However, there are many farmers who are not investing in reasonable feed costs, and by increasing output and quality to get the best economic benefits, they simply work hard to cut down feed cost by demanding feed nutrition.
Due to the continuous rise of feed prices in recent years, in order to reduce feed costs, we blindly feed the carnivorous fur animals with the highest quality animal feed or grain, resulting in reduced yields and poor fur quality. In the end, not only did we not lower the cost of raising, but also greatly reduced the economic income and even the failure of production, resulting in a loss of fine breed of mink and fox introduced in some places. Therefore, the yield per unit area did not go up, the quality of the fur decreased, and even the obvious degeneration occurred. The main reason was that the feed cost input was insufficient and the nutrition could not meet the needs of animals.
Therefore, if we can not correctly handle the relationship between cost and benefit, and can not guarantee the nutritional needs of animals, we will never get out of the vicious circle of low yield, low quality and low efficiency.
The data of two mink farms in 2003 are provided for comparative analysis. The cost of breeding for each mink is 130 yuan, the group is bred 5, the average selling price is 190 yuan, and the profit of each nest is 300 yuan.
The cost of raising a mink is 110 yuan, and the group is bred 3.5. The average selling price of the mink is 170 yuan, and the profit of each nest is 210 yuan.
B field a cost 15.4%, but the profit is 30%.
Three, reduce wage costs
The quota of fur animals in China has been at a very low level for many years.
In the 80s of last century, there were 1000 species of mink breeding per person abroad. Most of the farms in China now only have 70-80 people, and our labour productivity is less than that of 1/10 abroad.
This undoubtedly increases the wage cost.
The solution to this problem lies in mechanization and semi mechanization, such as the use of automatic drinking water and feed cars, instead of the present pure manual operation.
Improve feeding methods, such as increasing feed concentration, eliminating the disadvantages of feeding dilute food, changing from daily feeding 2 times to 1 times per day during non breeding period.
Improved breeding techniques, such as from 3 breeding to 2 mating.
In this case, the raising quota can be raised to 150 or more female breeding mints per person, and a large number of breeding can reach more than 600 per person.
So as to reduce personnel and reduce wage costs.
A breeder raises 80 mothers, the annual salary is 5000 yuan, the cost of each wage is 62.5 yuan, while 150 are raised, the annual salary is 8000 yuan, and each cost 53.3 yuan.
In this way, a farm that raises 3000 species of female mink can save wage costs more than 100 thousand yuan per year.
At the same time, it can save administrative expenses.
Four, reduce loss and waste
Losses and losses in farms are common.
The main loss is still in feeding, from procurement, pportation to storage, processing and feeding. There are widespread phenomena of running, running, dripping and leaking.
For example, the water in the feed room is washed, the rat is stolen, the leftovers, the waste materials and so on.
But this did not cause enough attention and strict management.
You can figure out that 1 mink loses 0.05 Jin of daily loss, but it seems that a feed farm with 2000 species of mink can lose more than 100 thousand yuan a year.
Do not strengthen management in this area?
Five. Make sure the fur is of good quality.
Over the years, the price of homemade skins of the same kind of mink, fox fur and domestic leather is always 50-100% higher than that of imported leather.
From the point of view of the phenomenon, the domestic leather is of poor quality and small size.
The underlying reason is low feed nutrition level and improper production and processing.
In terms of feeding, the proportion of animal feed is too low, the proportion of food and vegetable feed is too high, and the protein and fat are not enough, especially the lack of some essential amino acids, fatty acids and some vitamins, such as lysine, methionine and VA. This seriously hampers the growth of animal's body and the growth of wool, thus resulting in small size and poor fur quality, resulting in an increase in the proportion of damaged skin, such as self bites, hairy wounds, hair peak hooks, bottom velvet, plush dry and messy, poor gloss, plush albinism and even depilation in vivo.
It is understood that the regular breeding farm, the damaged skin generally accounted for about 5%, poor feeding field, damaged skin reached about 20%.
The average price of male and female mink is 190 yuan, and that of the second skin is 50 yuan. The average selling price is 5% yuan, and the average selling price is 183 yuan. The average selling price is 20% yuan, the average selling price is only 162 yuan, and each skin is 21 yuan less than the former.
A farm producing 5000 skins lost more than 100 thousand yuan.
In the processing of raw leather, for many years, the leather middlemen bought the leather products on the spot. When the sales were free, they bought fresh skins and even bought the corpses without feeding them. Therefore, many new farms were launched in recent years. They did not pick up the skin processing equipment. They only bought the fresh skins by the fur traders, or they were processed by others. Even if they were processed, they were careless and did not want to be meticulous, resulting in scratching oil, burning, sun drying, stew and hair removal.
This is convenient for saving the picture, but it has caused great losses in the selling price.
Mink and fox should be skinning in mid and late 11 in Shandong Hebei area under normal feeding conditions.
However, some fields were delayed until the end of December because of inadequate equipment for skin processing, and even the next January skin was removed.
The feed cost of mink is estimated to be 0.7-0.8 yuan per day, while Fox consumption is more than 35-40 yuan.
A factory that produces 5000 pieces of leather will have to spend more than a hundred thousand yuan on the cost of feed for a month.
Based on the above, in order to ensure the quality of fur, besides improving varieties, feeding must meet the nutritional needs of animals.
Only in this way can we get good economic benefits.
Six. Cultivate intellectual resources.
Fur culture is a highly scientific undertaking.
If we want to engage in this production and achieve good economic benefits, we must be dependent on good animal foundation and certain feed conditions, but we must rely on scientific and strict management.
Man is the first element of productivity. Management depends on human beings. Intellectual resources are intangible assets.
Broadly speaking, the animal foundation and feed conditions are within the scope of management.
Generally speaking, the quality of the breeding team (from the owner to the employee) can be divided into three categories: one is proficient in the business of the bank, the other is management and management.
We have a good command of enterprises and production.
Two, most of them are "half bottle" level, some understand, some do not understand.
The reason for this production and operation is that trees can not see the forest, catch "sesame" and lose "watermelon", and do not know what experience it is to produce well.
So production is good and bad.
Three, a considerable part is "Mongolia children". They simply do not understand. They can only learn to walk with others and learn from them now.
After several years of work like this, production has been bad, and even accidents that should not have happened.
The only way to solve this problem is to cultivate intellectual resources and improve team quality.
Specifically, as owners (managers and managers), they must first learn relevant scientific knowledge, technical skills and cost management. They can learn from books or consult experts, or learn advanced field experience.
We must educate and train the breeder so that they know how to do it and how to do it well.
At the same time, we should combine training with reward and punishment system to promote the advanced experience of excellent field breeder.
Only in this way can we fundamentally reverse the passive situation of backward production and achieve good economic results.
