Part Of The Machinery Products To Stop Importing Tax Exemption Policy

The General Administration of Customs of China issued a notice on the 14 day that since April 1, 2008, the newly approved non domestic motorized wheel dump trucks with the rated loading quality of not more than 328 tons, the non highway articulated dump trucks with the rated load of not more than 40 tons, and all the mechanical pmission non Road rigid dump trucks with the rated load should be prohibited from implementing the duty exemption policy.

The notice stipulates that, from October 1, 2008, the customs will no longer accept the application of the off-road electric wheel dump truck with the rated load of less than 328 tons under the above domestic and foreign investment projects, the non highway articulated dump truck with a rated load of not more than 40 tons, and the filing and examination and approval of all kinds of mechanical pmission non road rigid dump trucks.

According to the notice, since January 1, 2008, the import tariffs and import value-added tax paid by imported enterprises for the development and manufacture of large non road mining dump trucks have been retreated.

The large non road mining dump truck mainly includes: large electric wheels with rated load of not less than 108 tons, non road mining dump trucks and large mechanical pmission non highway dump trucks with rated load of not less than 85 tons.
