    Annual Output Of 400 Thousand Tons PVC Zero Emission Project Started In Inner Mongolia

    Recently, Inner Mongolia Yili Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. signed an annual production of 400 thousand tons PVC project with the US CE company for the project of deep reuse and zero discharge. The project will become the first liquid zero discharge system in chlor alkali industry in China.

    The total investment of the project is 200 million yuan, and the installation of zero emission technology is used to deal with the high concentration of salt water produced by the reverse osmosis membrane system.

    After completion of the project, it can save more than 5 million tons of industrial water for Yili Chemical Company every year, and achieve zero emissions in real sense.

    Yili Chemical is a PVC production enterprise jointly constructed by Yili resources group, China Shenhua Group branch and Shanghai Huayi Group Company. The overall design plan is an annual output of 1 million tons of PVC and 1 million tons of ionic membrane caustic soda.

    The first stage of construction is 400 thousand tons of PVC and 400 thousand tons of ionic membrane caustic soda, and the first phase of the project will invest 4 billion yuan.

    Since 70s of last century, GE has developed and improved the technology of "zero discharge" of real industrial waste water, so far it is in the leading position in the world's similar technology and equipment.

    At present, 95% of the zero emission devices in the world adopt the technology provided by GE.
