Sichuan leather industry colleagues:

In May 12th, a magnitude 7.8 earthquake occurred in Wenchuan, Sichuan, and spread to large cities such as Mianyang, Deyang, Dujiangyan and Chengdu. The lives and property of the people suffered serious losses.

We are deeply shocked at the sudden disaster.

Here, the China Leather Association represents the whole industry, expresses its warm condolences to the colleagues in Sichuan leather industry who are in the disaster area and affected by the earthquake disaster, and pays high tribute to the vast number of employees who continue to adhere to the first line of production in the disaster area.

Sichuan leather industry is in a period of opportunity for rapid development.

Since 2008, though there are some unfavorable development factors as well as other parts of the country, Sichuan leather enterprises are actively responding to pressure and taking the initiative to take the initiative under the correct guidance and strong support of local governments and trade associations. By Undertaking Eastern Industrial Transfer and adjusting the production structure, the leather industry in Sichuan accelerates industrial development and makes the leather industry develop vigorously.

We firmly believe that no matter how much damage this natural disaster has brought down from the sky, and with the great attention of the Chinese government and the support of the whole nation, the people in the disaster area will surely overcome the disaster.
