Hongye Machinery Co., Ltd. is an enterprise founded by Xu Tiangui in 1998 for self financing of 200 thousand yuan.

During the period of ~2000 1998, when thermal underwear was in fashion, underwear manufacturers urgently needed a machine that could melt multilayer composite materials.

In response to this hot market demand, Hongye has developed a hot melt adhesive compound machine.

When the machine was put into the market, the supply was in short supply. At that time, the famous thermal underwear manufacturers chose Hongye complex machine.

In 2001, when the thermal underwear market was in the doldrums, Xu Tiangui carefully analyzed the situation and decisively turned to the R & D fabric composite machine, and the company set up a new product development center for this purpose.

The company adheres to the principle of "introduction, digestion, absorption and innovation", and introduces the most advanced composite machine in the world from Switzerland, and then improves it according to the domestic market demand.

In the past ten years, Hongye company has developed a series of water and rubber composite XJ14B-D net belt compound machine, PU compound series XJ14B-D2 XJ14B-D2 compound machine, XJ14C-A energy saving compound machine, HY-2004B glue dot pfer glue spraying dual-purpose machine and HY-2005A2 type waterproof and breathable membrane special machine and other products.

In recent years, aiming at the new demand of fabric market, Hongye has also developed new equipment suitable for weaving flame composite series, drop plastic series, hot melt adhesive composite series and PVC composite series fabric.

These equipments are suitable for all kinds of textiles such as sponge, EVA, artificial leather, nonwoven fabric, breathable membrane, carpet, foaming coil, footwear, bags, decorative fabrics, sofa cloth, etc., and can also print plastic dots on fabrics such as cotton, chemical fiber, blended fabric and non-woven fabric.

The newly developed bronzing series HY-2006B type film pfer gilding machine is suitable for color modification, bronzing printing and pfer printing of all kinds of artificial leather, PU, PVC, cotton linen, silk and blended knitted fabrics. It can also be used as hot stamping and gluing compound for wrinkle fabrics.

Over the past ten years, Hongye has developed more than 30 kinds of composite machines, and has been well received by users.

Walking in the forefront of technological innovation

At present, there are about 40~50 companies specializing in compounding machines in China.

For the phenomenon that many companies in the market do the same industry competition, Xu Tiangui said: "it is impossible for an enterprise to maintain core technology. Only by constantly updating technology and surpassing ourselves can we remain invincible."

In recent years, Hong Ye company has developed 3~4 new products every year, and more than 20 new products have been identified by the provincial level.

In 2002, Hongye fabric composite machine product was awarded the title of "China famous brand product".

Hongye company has undertaken 4 provincial-level scientific and technological tackling projects, 1 provincial tendering projects for science and technology tackling problems, and 1 innovation fund projects of the Ministry of science and technology of the small and medium enterprises in China. In 2005, it was recognized as "Jiangsu high and new technology enterprise" and won several national patents.
