Banks Tighten Standards For Loan Assets Inspection Of Export Enterprises
Large numbers of export enterprises have gone bankrupt, and banks have quietly listed export enterprises loans as another key monitoring area after real estate, tightening the standard of loan assets examination.
Risk raising of export loan assets
Recently, Dongguan Jin Wo Niu Industrial Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Jin Wu group were reported that the boss of the enterprise was missing and the company was in a pause and faced bankruptcy.
The two large private enterprises encountered shock problems for a short time, which triggered serious concern about the increase in loan assets of export enterprises.
Unlike the "three to one" and "workshop" enterprises that have been shut down in the past, golden bull and Jin Wu group are regarded as local powerful local enterprises.
Among them, golden cow is the 50 largest private enterprise in Dongguan. It is the largest supplier of WAL-MART barbecue. Its total assets are nearly 500 million yuan, the highest annual export volume is nearly 200 million dollars, and the assets of Jin Wu group are about 1000000000 yuan, with more than 2000 employees.
The difficulties faced by two gold companies are that the difficulties of export enterprises have increased. Banks naturally can not take lightly the credit assets in the field.
"There is no problem in the rapid development of banking business, but banks are more concerned about credit risk."
A manager of China Merchants Bank said in an interview with reporters.
It is understood that enterprises monitored this year include real estate, export enterprises, and "two high" surplus enterprises.
The adjustment direction announced by the Bank of China is consistent with the attitude of the merchants bank.
The Bank of China said it would increase the intensity of inventory checks on high risk industries, increase the segmentation and management of manufacturing industries, and strengthen the monitoring of industries with excess capacity, potential excess and macro regulation and control, so as to effectively control industrial risks.
Banks strictly control asset risk
To cope with the potential increased loan risk, banks strengthened the monitoring of the quality of credit assets at the end of last year.
The real estate industry is the first to experience strong monitoring.
As the most obvious industry affected by macroeconomic regulation, the measures adopted by banks include strengthening the loan review, raising the threshold of mortgage lending, and shrinking developer loans.
From the first half announcement of the first half of the bank which has been disclosed, the bank has effectively controlled the risk of real estate loans. Even in the most obvious drop of housing prices in Shenzhen, the mortgage assets of banks did not rise sharply.
"From the first half of the year, the bank loan has achieved a double drop."
China Merchants Bank said.
Now, the deterioration of export enterprises has become a new monitoring point for banks.
It is understood that the bank is currently monitoring the quality of export enterprises loans greatly improved.
The bank's credit controller is required to contact the supervisor of the loan company at any time and monitor the operation of the loan company.
"Follow up promptly and check quickly."
A senior manager of China Merchants Bank made a description of the loan quality inspection.
In fact, strengthening monitoring has a good effect on banks to ensure asset quality.
"There was a Korea Companies loan of 20 million yuan. At noon, the customer manager had met with the president of the company, but suddenly he couldn't get through the phone at four p.m., and the customer manager immediately reported the branch, and then launched the asset protection measures in an emergency, and promptly recovered the loan."
China Merchants Bank said.
But the bank's current war in the field of export business is just beginning.
Zhejiang statistics show that in the first 5 months of this year, over 1.07 of Zhejiang's Enterprises above Designated Size lost 1.07 of their losses, and the number of Industrial Enterprises above Designated Size in Guangdong reached 11006, an increase of 12.7%, and the increase in corporate losses was 49.3%, an increase of 25% over the same period last year.
Expert analysis shows that under the background of further deepening of the US subprime mortgage crisis and the global economic slowdown, the difficulties of Chinese export enterprises are bound to increase. The Bank of China's credit assets preservation war in this field will also continue for quite some time.
