Wuhan Iron and Steel Group (Liuzhou Iron and Steel Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Wugang Liugang) recently changed business registration officially changed its name to Guangxi iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Guangxi iron and Steel Group).

According to the notice, Wugang Liu Gang was changed to Guangxi iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd.; Liu Gang's investor was changed from Guangxi SASAC to Guangxi iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd.

Guangxi iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. registered capital of 46 billion 837 million yuan, of which Wuhan Iron and steel invested 37 billion 469 million 600 thousand yuan in cash, accounting for 80% of the registered capital, the first time the cash contribution of 10 billion yuan, the rest in the relevant time specified in the capital contribution; Guangxi state assets on the basis of Liujiang appraisal base date (March 31, 2008) net assets assessment value of 9 billion 367 million 400 thousand yuan contributed, accounting for 20% of the registered capital.

The notice pointed out that Liu Gang's land assets were invested in net assets at book value.

In December 2005, WISCO and Guangxi state owned assets committee signed the agreement on reorganization and reorganization of WISCO and Liusteel, and jointly invested in the establishment of Wuhan Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd.
