Representatives Of Textile Enterprises Apply For "No Tax Export"

On the 5 day, Zhao Linzhong, chairman of the National People's Congress and chairman of the Party committee and board of directors of Zhejiang Fu run Holdings Group, told reporters that he suggested in the motion that the export rebate rate of textile products should be raised from 15% to 17%, and that it would achieve 17% of the levy 17% and "no tax export".

He wrote in his motion: in February 4th, the Executive Council of the State Council deliberated and passed the textile industry adjustment and revitalization plan in principle, and raised the export tax rebate from 14% to 15%. This is the only specific preferential measure in this plan.

"The 1% increase in the market is generally reflected in the lack of thirst and the lack of sufficient strength to solve the existing problems of enterprises," he said. Many experts and scholars believe that raising export tax rebates is a short-term emergency rather than a permanent solution.

Zhao Linzhong told reporters that in the adjustment and revitalization plan of the textile industry, the livelihood of the people and the pillar industries were mentioned, reflecting that under the financial crisis situation, employment is the focus of China's macroeconomic policy.

According to him, the textile industry is China's traditional manufacturing and labor-intensive industries with the largest number of employed people, directly related to the employment of about 25 million industrial workers, indirectly affecting the livelihood of 100 million farmers.

The severe foreign trade situation has led many members and representatives to raise the export tax rebate rate this year.
