Since its establishment, the association has always insisted on providing full service for the growers before, during and after the production, actively carrying out technical services and training, organizing the acquisition, processing and sales of enterprises, and effectively promoting the healthy and rapid development of the colored cotton industry.

In order to strengthen the confidence of the vast majority of farmers in developing the colored cotton planting industry, and further expand and strengthen the colored cotton industry, the association has vigorously publicized, guided actively, and taken effective measures to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the farmers in the light of the principle of interest driven.

At the same time, it also actively participated in various trade fairs and investment promotion meetings, expanded the influence and reputation of colored cotton, and enhanced the popularity of Suzhou colored cotton. Many large colored cotton manufacturers such as Beijing Tian Cai, Jiangsu Ding Guagua and Zhejiang Shuai ma have established good long-term partnership with the association.

In 2006, the association signed a contract with the manufacturer for more than 600 tons of lint supply and marketing contract. The color cotton association has truly become an organizer and protector of agricultural efficiency, farmers' income and profits.

In order to regulate trading behavior, maintain market order and ensure the interests of farmers, the association has adopted effective protection measures.

First, we should clarify the rights and obligations of farmers and enterprises and standardize their production and operation.

The three is that the association has elected many influential people with good influence and strong appeal to form management supervision offices such as the board of directors, the board of supervisors and the colored cotton quality management committee. During the acquisition process, it actively organized investigations and carried out circuit inspections, which severely cracked down on unfair competition behaviors such as adulteration, excessive water content, and pressure level and price reduction. In a timely manner, the controversial issues were settled in a coordinated manner, which ensured the quality of colored cotton and standardized the production behavior of farmers and enterprises.
