While giving high penalties to environmental offences, 4 people directly responsible for violation of the law of the People's Republic of China on public security management punishment have been given public security penalties according to law.

In March 3rd, the city's environmental law enforcement officers found that the Shenze Baiyun Daily Chemical Co., Ltd. directly discharged the production waste water into the seepage pit without serious treatment, and the sewage discharged seriously exceeded the standard in March 3rd.

In March 4th, the city's environmental law enforcement officers found that the electroplating wastewater of Zhengding Hongda was directly discharged to the north wall of the factory without treatment, causing pollution to the local environment.

In order to strengthen the control of river pollution, in March 16th, Shenze county organization law enforcement officers inspected 3 small leather enterprises which had been banned by Nan Zhong Shan village, and found that 1 small leather enterprises were still producing.

In March 19th, when Shenze county environmental law enforcement officers inspected the Hutuo River, it was found that one of them used a tanker to pour high concentration industrial waste water into the Hutuo River. The law enforcement officers stopped it on the spot, and the Shenze County Public Security Bureau detained the illegal violator named Chang You Bo according to law, and seized the tools such as tankers.
