The First Online High-Temperature Printing And Dyeing Wastewater Reuse Device Is Put Into Operation.

China's home textile industry's first online high temperature printing and dyeing wastewater reuse device in Qingdao, Shandong, after more than a year of trial operation, has been fully achieved design indicators, invested 24 hours a day continuous operation.

The equipment which uses microwave electrodeless ultraviolet photocatalytic oxidation and decolorization and reuse technology to treat dyeing water washing wastewater also solves the problem of removing fine dust from waste water in towel washing, and realizes closed circulation of water and heat energy.

The test report shows that after processing, the indexes of reclaimed water are excellent, and the effluent is colorless. The main indexes such as COD (chemical oxygen demand) and suspended solids are all below the detection limit (COD<10mg/L, SS<50mg/L). They are directly used in the washing process, and the towel products are soft and well handled.

Before the application of the technology, Qingdao Hei Ying men group had a COD value of more than 400mg/L of the waste water discharged from the enterprise. The dyeing wastewater can be more than 200 times chromaticity and the temperature is as high as 90 degrees.

The project was jointly completed by Wuhan University of Science and Engineering, Wuhan Fangyuan environmental Polytron Technologies Inc and Qingdao Xi Ying men group through the combination of production, teaching and research. Its core technology was independently researched and invented by Chinese scientists and technicians, with intellectual property rights, and its technology level reached the international leading position.
